BGSS E-Learning Day during September school holidays for Secondary 1, 3, 4 and 5 students

The school will be having E-learning lessons during the September school holidays  for all Secondary 1, 3, 4 and 5 students.

The e-learning dates for the different levels are as follows:

Sec 3: 6 Sept 2010 (Mon)
Sec 1, 4 & 5: 7 Sept 2010 (Tue)

Students are to login to Moodle to complete online lessons for all subjects.
Check this website or Moodle homepage for the latest information and updates.


To all Sec 2 Express and Normal Academic students:

SECONDARY ONE ORIENTATION

On 4 January 2010, our school officially welcomed 320 enthusiastic Secondary One students into the BGSS family.

CCA FAIR 2010

In keeping with tradition, the CCA fair that was held on 6 January 2010 was essentially chaotic (in a good way), managing to both charm and alarm the Secondary One students.


SECONDARY ONE MEET-THE-PARENTS SESSION

The Secondary One Meet-the-Parents session was held on 29 January 2010.

Amidst the excitement, friendships were forged and memories were etched into the minds of all.

SECONDARY 4 & 5 OLD NEWSPAPERS AND CLOTHES COLLECTION

Our CIP activity was conducted on 30 January 2010. We went from door to door collecting newspapers and clothes.

SECONDARY TWO EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING CAMP @ LABRADOR PARK

On 3 February 2010 afternoon, our Secondary Two cohort embarked on their camp at Labrador Adventure Campsite.


SECONDARY 4 & 5 MEET-THE-PARENTS SESSION

On 4 February 2010, the Meet-the-Parents Session was held for the Secondary 4E and 5NA cohort. Mdm Tay gave a welcome speech followed by a briefing of the coming year’s academic schedule.


CHINESE NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS & TOTAL DEFENCE DAY

Our school had the Lunar New Year celebration on 12 February 2010. We had a card-making session which I thought was meaningful.


SIGNATURE PROGRAMME: SECONDARY 1 LEARNING JOURNEY TO ASIAN CIVILISATIONS MUSEUM

As part of the Signature Programme for Secondary One students, a learning journey to Asian Civilisations Museum (ACM) was organised for all students in the level.
