Online Registration
As students are not required to physically report to school, we kindly request that parents complete the online registration for your child by 22 December 2025, 12pm. Please click here to access the Acknowledgement Form.
Medical Appeal Exercise (MAE)
Students requiring a transfer due to serious medical conditions or severe physical impairments are to visit our school with their parents to file an appeal and complete the MAE Application Form by 12 pm, 22 December 2025. The completed application form must be submitted with the necessary supporting documents. Kindly note that application without supporting documents, incomplete form or late submission will not be processed and the school transfer is subject to availability of vacancies. Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) Application

Secondary Level School Smart Card (SSC)
The School Smart Card (SSC) will be issued to all students entering Secondary 1. While waiting for their Secondary Level SSCs to be ready, students may continue to use their Primary Level SSCs for concessionary travel till end Apr 2026. Students can also purchase the Bus Concession Pass (BCP) using their Primary Level SSCs, but they must select the BCP for Secondary School students.
